1. Final Sales

All sales are final. Once your package has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

2. Order Modifications or Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before shipment at evelyneanddarcy@gmail.com, and only if you have not yet received the shipping notification. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible.

3. Damaged Candles

If you receive a damaged item upon delivery, please send us a photo of the damage to evelyneanddarcy@gmail.com. A suitable solution will be found depending on the circumstances.
